Dextrol by Ashland Specialty Chemical is a phosphate ester surfactant. Acts as an emulsifier and wetting & dispersing agent. Offers improved gloss, color acceptance, and water sensitivity. It helps in dispersion of pigments during processing, enhance surface wetting and reduce flash rusting and stabilize emulsion in emulsion polymerization production of synthetic latex resins.
