PRONOVA® S are sterile grades of PRONOVA® UP sodium alginates. Alginates are biopolymers capable of forming hydrogels, which make them particularly interesting for applications like tissue engineering, drug delivery and cell culture. PRONOVA® SLG20 is low viscosity, higher molecular weight and high-G content, leading to the formation of stronger gels.
