INDOPOL H-18000

INDOPOL H-18000 is a polybutene polymer with a typical molecular weight of 6000 and polydispersity index of 1.70. It has excellent properties like high flash point above 280°C, low turbidity below 4 NTU and acid number below 0.05 mg KOH/g making it suitable for applications requiring purity and stability. With a pour point of 50°C and viscosity index of 378, INDOPOL H-18000 provides good flexibility and viscosity retention properties. Its low sulfur content below 5 ppm and metal contents below 1 ppm of Na, K and Fe make it suitable for products where purity is critical. INDOPOL H-18000 refractive index of 1.508 and specific gravity of 0.921 indicates its light texture and density properties beneficial in formulations where these attributes are important. INDOPOL H-18000 is a high viscosity emollient with excellent adhesion properties, a film former contributing to water resistance and limiting TEWL.
