Expancel 031 WUF 40 is a wet cake of unexpanded thermoplastic microspheres which have dual functionality as both a lightweight filler and a blowing agent. It expands at a temperature range of 80–133C and the pre-expanded particle size is around 40 µm in its expanded form.
