Eur. when tested according to these compendia. It is suitable for staple food fortification and other dry food preparations in the food industry. DRY VITAMIN A PALMITATE NI helps fortify foods with vitamin A, an essential micronutrient for vision, cell growth and development. It is stable for 24 months when stored below 15°C and helps ensure foods meet daily value of vitamin A.
