Ceska®-Star G1000 is a deep-frozen pelleted concentrated culture containing Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis / cremoris, Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis biovar. diacetylactis and Leuconostoc spec. It is an LD-type culture and is intended for direct inoculation in a kettle for production of fresh, unripened cheese and fermented milk products.
