Β-CAROTENE 10% CWS/S

β-CAROTENE 10% CWS/S is a fine granular powder consisting of β-CAROTENE uniformly dispersed in a matrix of Modified Food Starch to produce a fine granular powder. It contains minimum 10% β-CAROTENE content. β-CAROTENE 10% CWS/S is dispersible in cold water, yielding yellow to orange colourations. It can be used as a nutrient or colour in food applications including food/dietary supplements and as colouring matter in pharmaceutical preparations. β-CAROTENE 10% CWS/S is sensitive to air, heat, light and humidity. It has a shelf life of 36 months from the date of manufacture in the unopened original container and at a temperature below 15°C.
