ANCAMIDE 221X70

ANCAMIDE 221X70 is a reactive polyamide curing agent developed for use in curing epoxy resins in solvent-based applications. It is TETA free and supplied at 70% solids in xylene. Special features include good color, color stability, chemical resistance and excellent corrosion resistance properties. ANCAMIDE 221X70 is freely compatible with a wide range of solvents and offers rapid touch dry with solid epoxy resins. It provides good color and light stability. When used with type 1 solid epoxy resins, ANCAMIDE 221X70 offers fast setting, rapid mechanical property development, good adhesion to substrates and excellent long term humidity and corrosion resistance. These properties make ANCAMIDE 221X70 suitable for applications requiring protection from environmental stresses.
