The individual particles consist of a solution of β-Carotene in medium chain triglycerides finely dispersed in a matrix of acacia, sucrose and dried glucose syrup. dl-α-Tocopherol and sodium ascorbate are added as antioxidants, silicon dioxide as a processing aid.
